Sun Chlorella News Issue no. 20

Summer News
I  hope everyone is looking forward to the Summer! The change of season presents a great time to change any unhealthy habits we have – and digestive health is one area which often plagues many of us. We are all working longer hours these days, and it’s easy for us to fall into bad  daily routines such as skipping breakfast, grabbing a convenient lunch to eat on the run, snacking on biscuits, sweets and caffeinated drinks all day and perhaps gorging late into the evening - which is never a good idea just before bed!
Remember – you only need to make small changes in your diet and lifestyle to really reap the rewards.

All the best!

As well as chlorella – you can snack on other high-fibre foods like strawberries, blueberries, dried apricots, and dried plums throughout the day.
A word of warning: don’t eat lots of fibre too fast, or you’ll feel even more bloated than before!
