Julie Silver's Parsley
Pesto with Sun Chlorella
1 Large bunch of Parsley
6 – 8 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Capers (without any artificial
additives)
1 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast Flakes
A Pinch of Unrefined Sea Salt
2 x 3g Sachet of Sun Chlorella ‘A’ Granules
Preparation: Put all ingredients in a blender or use
good quality hand blender and blend until smooth. Put in an airtight container
(preferably glass) and keep in the fridge for up to a week. If you prefer, you
can make the pesto with fresh basil or coriander.
